Cornwall Waste Action AGM
We will be holding our Annual General Meeting at 63 West End, Redruth on Wednesday, 9th November @ 1 pm.
Volunteers wanted for SeaScapes winter programme
Cornwall Waste Action (CWA), a Redruth based not for profit environmental organisation are extending their SeaScapes project until the end of the year, to enable more local people to take part in the project.

Big Beach Clean
Marazion beach will be receiving a thorough clean on Sunday 18th September as part of the Marine Conservation Society’s (MCS) annual Beachwatch Big Weekend litter survey and clean-up.

Pengegon Swap Shop
There will be a Children’s Swap Shop, for local residents to exchange, toys, books and clothing exchange, on Friday 29th July at Pengegon Scout Hut, in Camborne, from 10. am – 12.30 pm.

Compost Mentor Scheme is coming to Saltash

The Government have now released their long awaited Review of Waste Policy in England 2011, it is a long read and at 77 pages, I would be lying if I suggested I had read it all.
