CWA have just established a compost demonstration site in Liskeard. Volunteers from Liskeard’s Liskerrett Centre – http://www.liskerrett.co.uk worked with CWA in creating a compost demonstration site in the centres community garden.
The following composting equipment was provided by CWA for on-site use:
Green Johanna, Food Digester
New Zealand Box, Twin composter
Tumbling composter
Standard Compost bin
Wormery
Signage/site interpretation
The site will now be used for the disposal of all compostable waste from the centre, including the kitchen waste from the Community Cafe as well as waste from the garden.
