Growing Together is a Community Greenspace project, delivered in partnership with Cornwall Waste Action, which is now recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator. This is an exciting new project that will enable and support China Clay communities in participating in garden shares, ultimately enabling more people in the area to grow and eat locally produced fruit and vegetables.
The project will provide a matching service, agreements, insurances, access to tools, books, seeds and training; Importantly it will run regular events and communication to allow people to share their knowledge and celebrate successes.
We need a co-ordinator to ensure the success of this exciting new community project and are looking for someone who has got a passion for growing fruit and veg, excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to inspire others.
