Penzance Wormery Project

CWA have been working with Penwith Environmental Network on a wormery project in Penzance.  The project provided free wormeries and a training workshop (funded by Cornwall Community Foundation) to people living in Penzance who want to compost their kitchen waste but only have small back yards and so are unable to have a traditional compost bin.  Two workshops took place in Penzance where over 30 people were shown how to use their wormery.  Ongoing support and advice to enable them to successfully make the most of their wormery is also being provided.
